Chef Aaron visits small organic family farms in and surrounding Fort Smith to source the perfect ingredients for your dining pleasure. Our menu changes seasonally showing a true commitment to the local economy and healthful food. 

Selections range from light healthy appetizers and organic salads to gourmet entrees with a choice of  a wide variety of seafood as well as free range chicken, lamb, pork and filet mignon, incorporating quality, fresh ingredients.
